The Pennington Companies has a number of lending institutions who will make loans to buyers of ranch land and country estates.

If requested, they will assist the Buyer in obtaining financing from one of their sources or in obtaining financing from the Buyer’s lending institution.

Interest rates and terms of the loan will vary substantially based on the location, size, price of the property, the amount of the down payment and term of the loan requested.
